These techniques do not include deep tissue massage or muscular manipulation to release tension.
Rather, it uses various empathic touch techniques and soft tool elements to create a positive response on the Nervous system. Each element is used along the perimeter of the body; so that the Meridian channels create positive energy in the body and help the recipient feel total relaxation.

About the founder
Alexandria Florez, a devoted mother of two, found an unexpected solace in ASMR during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. Introduced to this soothing phenomenon by her then 8-year-old son, ASMR became a beacon of calm and connection for the family during the lockdown.
Inspired by the tranquility and joy that ASMR brought to her family, Alex made a pivotal decision to leave behind her high-stress job in the food service industry. She envisioned a new path, one that would allow her to channel the widespread popularity of streaming ASMR into a tangible, in-person experience. This vision materialized into ASMR Collective SD, a unique bodywork destination that opened its doors in November 2024, after eight months of meticulous planning and preparation.
Alex's journey did not stop at merely providing ASMR experiences. She is passionate about helping others discover the profound bonding connection that ASMR can foster. Drawing parallels to the cherished 'skin-to-skin' contact with newborns, Alex encourages individuals to use ASMR to deepen their relationships with loved ones.
